Impact Loans.
Welcome Metro-Detroit Entrepreneurs,
Every July, Impact Investing Group starts its Impact Loan Cycle, taking applications for its Impact Loans. These low-interest, community-focused microloans are between $1,000 and $5,000 with a three-year repayment term. The loan vehicle is designed to support Metro-Detroit Communities—offering flexible financing options, no credit check, and no collateral.
*The application for the 2023-2024 Impact Loan Cycle is currently closed.*
Applications for the upcoming cycle will begin in July 2024 and close at the end of September 2024, after which Impact Investing Group engages in a 2-3 month financial & social diligence process to determine the winning recipients of our Impact Loans.
Once your business is awarded an Impact Loan, the Impact Investing Group supports the use of the loan money & your small business as a whole by assigning a team of creative-thinkers & problem solvers to help grow your business over a four month process and continued partnership after that. Impact Investing Group also offers possibility for reinvestment after a secondary review process.
We are excited to receive your application for the Impact Loan & continue working with The Metro-Detroit & Michigan Communities in 2024!
Wishing you well,
The Impact Investing Group Community
